Please note that the applicable delivery fee will appear on your order. This is determined on your registration delivery address. Please ensure your registration address is the same as your order destination address.
It is important to take note of the following delivery terms and conditions:
1. Non stock items lead time with vary, depending on availability. You will be notified via e-mail on delivery status.
2. Please ensure there is somebody available to accept your order. Re deliveries will be charged for at the applicable rates.
3. Any Credit card and EFT order may require proof of identity.
4. Only firm bona fide addresses can be submitted. Buy247 reserves the right to withhold delivery, should the address details appear suspicious.

Returns Policy
Buy247 only supplies leading brands through official supply channels. Therefore, all products are supported in terms of OEM warranties and quality assurance.
Returns terms and conditions:
In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (Act No. 68 of 2008), Introstat (Pty) Ltd t/a Buy247 has altered their company returns policy.
Please take note of the following changes that are effective immediately.
General Returns:
When returning stock to Introstat (Pty) Ltd t/a Buy247 please bear the following instructions in mind:
1) You are required to request a Returns Document in order to return your stock.
2) You are permitted to return goods back within ten (10) business days from receipt of the goods.
3) When filling out the Returns Document, you are requested to add as much detail with regards to the return as possible.
4) The right to return goods is made on the following basis:
a. The goods are not satisfactory according to the type and quality described and agreed upon
b. The goods are of a different description to that which was quoted and agreed upon
c. The goods do not satisfy the particular purpose that was communicated to Introstat (Pty) Ltd t/a Buy247.
5) Introstat (Pty) Ltd t/a Buy247 may reserve the right to reject the return of goods or charge a reasonable fee for the return of goods in respect to the following conditions:
a. The goods have been used during the period that the goods were in possession of the consumer
b. Any consumption of the goods
c. Any instance where goods have been repackaged
d. The goods have exceeded the ten (10) day time period
e. The goods have been tampered with or abused in any way
Faulty Returns:
When returning faulty goods, please bear the following conditions in mind:
1) You are required to request a Faulty Returns Document in order to return your stock.
2) You are permitted to return faulty goods back within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of the goods.
3) You are requested to add as much detail as possible in terms of the fault of the goods.
4) You may claim a refund, repair or replacement product should your goods be found faulty
Please ensure that you are aware that ALL goods will be tested and will be returned to you should a fault in the goods not be found. These will be for your own account and you will be responsible to pay for these goods. |
