It is important to take note of the following delivery terms and conditions:
1. Guaranteed delivery lead time is only applicable to "In stock" items. Non stock items lead time with vary, depending on availability. You will be notified via e-mail on delivery status.
2. Please ensure there is somebody available to accept your order. Re deliveries will be charged for at the applicable rates.
3. Any Credit card and EFT order may require proof of identity.
4. Only firm bona fide addresses can be submitted. Buy247 reserves the right to withhold delivery, should the address details appear suspicious.

Returns Policy
Buy247 only supplies leading brands through official supply channels. Therefore, all products are supported in terms of OEM warranties and quality assurance.
Returns terms and conditions:
1. If Buy247 supply the wrong product or if the product is in any way damaged or faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect, Buy247 will exchange it for the correct one within 14 days of receipt by the customer. Buy247 will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product, but if replacement is not possible, Buy247 will refund the purchase price including delivery cost. Please note: goods are not guaranteed against faults resulting from normal wear and tear.
2. With regards to special offers, if Buy247 supplies the wrong product or if the product is in any way faulty or damaged, Buy247 will exchange it for the correct one. However, if the product is no longer being offered at the special price it will not be replaced and we will refund the buyer's purchase price including delivery costs.
3. Note that once opened, the following types of goods will not be accepted for a refund and will only be replaced with another copy of the same product: Recordable CD / DVD / Tapes , computer software & printer consumables.
4. Products bought from Buy247 are under warranty for a period of one year from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials. Products will only be replaced within the first seven days after purchase thereafter the warranty is limited to repair and/or adjustment.
To claim service under warranty, the product together with the original invoice must be sent back to Buy247.
Buy247 will not be liable for any claim, of whatsoever nature , should the one year warranty period have expired.
5. The warranty set forth in point 4 above will not apply if the product shows evidence of:
· impact, sand, liquid or moisture damage
· dropping, mishandling, or tampering
· battery or chemical corrosion
· damage caused by connected equipment
· use contrary to the applicable instruction manual
6. The warranty set forth in point 4 above does not cover:
· routine cleaning or normal cosmetic and mechanical wear and tear
· damages, defects or unsatisfactory performance caused by the attachment of lenses, flashes or other accessories not produced by the same company as the product purchased
· damages, defects or unsatisfactory performance caused by repairs performed by any party other than a facility authorised by Buy247
